The S6042 by Richmond Rolling Solutions is a swivel frame castor and uses a rebound rubber wheel. This swivel castor is part of our 300 series plate range and has a top load capacity of 225kg. The S6042 uses ball bearings for wheel rotation and is mounted with the baseplate. This castors swivel frame allows the castor to swivel 360°. The outside diameter of the rebound rubber wheel is 150mm, the wheel width is 45mm and can be ordered separately (RR6677). This model can also be ordered with a brake (part number S6042B).
Meeting and exceeding all performance standards due to a higher load bearing capacity, the 300 Series has a wide range of uses. A nylon wheel in a 300 series is most common for industrial and trolley applications, a rebound rubber wheel is ideal for road cases and transportable crates whilst a poly nylon wheel is best suited to undercover and showroom displays. Cast Iron, Poly Cast Iron and Aluminium wheels are also available with this series
