Victron Argo battery isolators let one alternator or charger charge two or three separate batteries at the same time, while keeping the batteries isolated from each other, so one flat battery can't drain the others.
- Argodiode: rugged diode isolators. The AC versions include an alternator compensation diode to make up for the diode voltage drop.
- Argofet: MOSFET isolators with almost no voltage drop (and therefore no heat loss), plus an alternator energise input. The best choice for modern charging systems.
- Choose the model by number of batteries (2 or 3) and the maximum alternator or charger current.
